The key emphasis is the prevention of waste.  This would be any step in a process that does not add value for the customer.

Overman & Associates, LLC can assist you in your goal to become a Lean Enterprise.

We have a methodology that identifies waste from our value stream mapping.  We identify improvements that are classified as quick hitters (improvements that can be incorporated quickly with little expense) and improvement concepts (higher expense and possibly capital investments).

Our methodology includes training your associates on Lean Techniques and then providing a Process Map with observations and recommendations.
